We’re looking for energetic, confident communicators to support the Programme in Asia on a part-time basis. Ideal candidates excel at engaging senior stakeholders, providing clear guidance, and building trusted relationships with both new and existing participants.

You’ll join a vibrant global team of associates across North & Central America, Australia, Asia, Europe, and the UK. Many team members return year after year for our 4–6 month annul cycle, making this a flexible, long-term opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Competencies, Qualifications & Experience

  • Engage senior executives and encourage participation in the Study
  • Clearly explain the process and guide respondents' step by step
  • Have strong English communication skills; additional languages (Malay, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean) are an advantage
  • Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and participant communication
  • Represent NMG professionally and deliver outstanding client service
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth engagement experience
  • Part-time remote role for 4 months (Feb-Jun), approx. 10 to 15 hrs per month
